You can get the service through the following:

  • Downloading (Mawid) App on your smartphone.
  • Visiting the Portal.
  • Calling 937-Service Center
  • Heading to the healthcare center directly to book an appointment.

Service Prerequisites:

There are no conditions preventing the patient from booking a reservation on the system. Hence, different reservation channels have been created, but an (Abshir) Account is required for using the App. or the website.

Estimated Response Time:

Service response time varies from one channel to another; but booking is instant and electronic.
